In the exhibition, location, time, and the setting in which the artworks and performances take place are integral. Hunajajyvä is in the small town of Kauttua in Eura, in the vicinity of Ruukinpuisto, the old ironwork district. Hunajanjyvä will also be streamed online.

The river that runs from Pyhäjärvi and through Ruukinpuisto divides the space — viewing from Pyhäjärvi, Hunajanjyvä remains on the left, and Ruukki's Heart on the right.

Our ecosystem matters, we breathe each other and into one another

Let’s take a moment to memorize an event in life that broke the prevailing system, something that momentarily “watered our lungs”.

The intention to survive when we were still in the waters with gills. Water supports our history: how could we make it flow and fall through in us, without it becoming dammed and clogged?
